This option is for people who are new or curious about breathwork, OR people who have a specific intention and only want a single session to directly address the focus.
During our work together you will be sent a mandatory Pre-Breathwork Questionnaire and Waiver that goes over your history, intentions and desires. This is to filled out before the session.

Each session is up to 3 hours and include an intuitive blend of coaching, breathwork, guided meditations, hypnosis, energy work, and somatic therapy.

Sessions are held via Zoom or in person depending on location.

INCLUDES: 4 PRIVATE SESSIONS (valid for 12 months)
This package is ideal for you if your schedule is busy and you want flexibility to book your sessions at the time and frequency that aligns best.
During our work together we will create a portal that's aligned with your unique challenges and goals. This integrates coaching, breathwork, hypnosis, NLP, guided meditations, energy work, and somatic therapy – ensuring deep transformation and expansion.
Each session is up to 3 hours and the four sessions can be done as close or far apart within the 12 months.
