Single Breathwork Session
OPTION 1
INCLUDES: 1 BREATHWORK SESSION
This option is good for people who are new or curious about breathwork OR people who have a specific intention and only want a 1 off session.
During our work together you will be sent a mandatory Pre-Breathwork Questionnaire and Waiver that goes over your history, intentions and desires. This is to filled out before the session.

Each session is up to 3 hours and include a dynamic blend of coaching, breathwork, journaling, mentoring, guided meditations, hypnosis, energy work, and somatic therapy.
​
Sessions are held via Zoom or in person depending on location.

Flexible Private Session Package
OPTION 2
This package is ideal for you if your schedule is busy and you want flexibility to book your sessions in based on whenever you have the time and space.
During our work together we will explore themes aligned with your unique goals and include a dynamic blend of coaching, breathwork, journaling, mentoring, guided meditations, energy work, and somatic therapy – ensuring transformation is deep and lasting.
Each session is up to 3 hours and the four sessions can be done as close or far apart within the 12 months.

Sessions are available online (via Zoom from anywhere in the world) OR in person in Ubud Bali.
